While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the requested information is not available at this Office.
However, since there is no entry of judgement yet and an entry of appearance was filed by the Estate of Marcos, we consider the case still pending.
As communicated to you last 18 March 2024, we regret to inform you that your request still falls under the exceptions to the Right to Access of Information pursuant to the Office of the President Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 15. Item “9”, paragraph “g” of MC 15, which reads as:
