Good day, I am Lian Buan, a reporter from social news website Rappler.com, and I would like to request the following information: 1. Cost of developing the Paoay complex in Ilocos Norte covered by the case SB-10-CVL001 (Sandiganbayan case), and G.R Nos 212330, 212612 (Supreme Court case) 2. Profits derived from the Paoay complex as covered by the aforementioned case 3. Report on where these profits were used I have previously requested the same information but my request, and a subsequent appeal, were denied due to the pendency of the Supreme Court case. The Supreme Court has already promulgated the decision. It is with this reason that I am refiling my request.
