A pleasant day receiving officer!
I am an architecture student currently working on my undergraduate thesis, may I request the Zoning guidelines of Redondo District as upon looking at your website it appears that the Zoning Guidelines of Redondo District is not one of the available files on the website.
Rest assured that the data to be obtained will be used solely for educational purposes.
Thank you and have a great day ahead!

Dear Sir Patrick,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Nov 11, 2023 03:03:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for Zoning Guidelines of Redondo District.
Response to Request
Your request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act has been approved. The SBFZ Master Plan and Zoning details are accessible for download at https://www.mysubicbay.com.ph/about-us/departments/planning-and-development-office.
Please be advised that we have provided some of the requested information. However, the Redondo District Zoning Guideline is currently inaccessible as it is undergoing revisions in alignment with the ONGOING TIPO-REDONDO Masterplan conducted by the consultant firm UICI. Consequently, the outdated Redondo Masterplan is unsuitable for future developments and as a foundation for study.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our SBMA Chairman and Administrator Jonathan D. Tan at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
Thank you.
Respectfully,
Atty. Ruel John Kabigting
