I would like to request the TOF and VSD Utilization under the Z-Ben Package for the following hospitals for the past 5 years, if available or based on availability.
- Western Visayas Medical Center
- Southern Philippine Medical Center
- Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center
- Northern Mindanao Medical Center
- Philippine Heart Center
- National Children's Hospital
- Philippine General Hospital
- Philippine Children's Medical Center
- De Los Santos Medical Center
- Chinese General Hospital
- The Medical City
- University of Santo Tomas Hospital
These will be used for a study.
