September 16, 2022 Dear veejay balansay, Please be informed that upon verification with the DPWH Regional Office IV-A, we can only provide you with data for items 1, 2, and 4. For item 3, you may refer your request to the Mines and Geosciences Bureau. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card.
