HELLO, MY QUESTIONS ARE BASED ON THE REGISTRATION'S YEARLY REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS. I UNDERSTAND THAT A GENERAL INFORMATION SHEET AND A AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT - BOTH ARE REQUIRED OF REGISTERED CORPS. WOULD THE GIS BE VALID WITHOUT THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT OR WOULD IT REMAIN PENDING UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE REQUIREMENT? ARE THERE MONETARY PENALTIES IMPOSED ON THE ERRANT CORP? WHAT IF THERE WAS AN INTRACORP CONTROVERSY, WOULD A NON-SUBMISSION OF AFS BE PERMITTED? THAT'S ALL THK YOU.
