Is this the right place to ask for help regarding correction of my middle name on my vaxcert? I did message DOH too. The website vaxcert.doh.gov.ph takes too long, my case is still pending and I need the correct vaxcert for travel purpose for the end of the month. I was advised to visit LGU where I got vaccinated. I am all over the place didn't know where exactly should I go. I will visit the city hall first thing on Monday morning if that will help. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
