Presidential Communications Office(PCOO)

Good day!

As communications arm of the Government, I believe the Presidential Communications Operations Office has the authority to shed light on this matter. The minutes of our Sessions in the Sanggunian of the City where I am from is written in "verbatim style" as agreed upon by the Members of the Sanggunian. As to what I know, the minutes is supposed to be written in summary form and it is actually the "transcripts" w/c is in verbatim.

With this, I would like to inquire how the minutes of a Session, Public Hearing, Committee Meeting, etc. should be properly written.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, the local government code does not provide or prescribed necessary format on the minutes of the meeting of the Sanggunian.
