Hello. I'd like to ask for a working email address of PHLPost to which I can send a formal complaint regarding my local post office. In the first week of May, I received two New Year's cards sent from abroad back in December 2022. One had a stamp indicating it was received by the local PO in Jan. 2023, but it was delivered after 3 months! I sent an email to PHLPost ([email protected]) on May 8, but I did not receive any response. I tried following up multiple times, but I received "Recipient inbox full" notifications. Please provide a working email address for complaints.
