Dear Mr. Nino Martin Juntong

With respect to your request for “information / documents related to the Office of the Senior Citizen of the Municipality of Liloan”, we regret to inform you that the DSWD does not have jurisdiction over the Office of Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) of the Municipality of Liloan. Rather, the OSCA is part of the local government unit (LGU) of the Municipality of Liloan.

Thus, we are constrained to deny your request, and we recommend that you consider addressing your request to the LGU instead.
