8 October 2020 Dear Mr. Bryan Bacurnay, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 10 July 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You requested information on the following for analysis of the impact of COVID-19 in women and children: (1) Number of women and children affected by COVID-19 in Central Visayas, then Cebu; and (2) Death and status of affected women and children. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD has no data regarding your request. Thus, we are constrained to deny the same. The Department of Health (DOH) might have the data you need because you are asking women and children directly affected by COVID-19 and their status. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the DOH. You may make another request via this portal.
