Hi, i would like to know if there is anything i can do to get what i won from a casino app called www.j9phvip.com I won 36k php from that online casino, but they Banned me instead for cheating or multiple accounts, which i have no way of doing it. I was able to withdraw 3k before with no issues, but now i tried to withdraw 5k php from 36k, they declined my withdrawal and Banned my account. I have screenshots does this mean that these online casino can choose if they will give you the money or not?
