I would like to request information of the following:
1. Wind rose diagram of Vigan City, Caoayan, and Santa, Ilocos Sur (Period: 2000-2021)
2. Historical wind data (i.e. precipitation, humidity, temperature, surface pressure, wind speed, and wind direction) from 2000 until 2021
3. Reports and List of typhoons, hurricanes, cyclones, monsoons, and storm surge recorded at Ilocos Sur from 2000 until 2021.
