Hi! Being a resident on Pioneer street I followed the works happening in my street for all these years. While I find the effort remarkable, I am struggling to understand how this helps the flow of traffic, when the posts for electricity and telecommunications remain in the middle of the road, making any new lane for the use of vehicles useless, in addition to being an eye sore. When I contacted DPWH on Facebook, they said responsibility to move the posts is of Meralco, and that this is in the scope of the project, and the budget was already allocated for this. When will this be completed?
