The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) releases official poverty statistics at the national, regional and provincial levels only based on income data from the Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES), which is conducted every three years. The recent available data is for First Semester 2018 and may be downloaded through the following link: https://psa.gov.ph/poverty-press-releases/data. Thank you very much.
