Hi! I would like to clarify some information regarding the request for Junior High School form 137. Currently, I am a graduating Collge student and is unable to complete my clearance since the school i am enrolled currently is requesting for my junior high school f137 ctc. I tried to ask the school I graduated Junior high school and gave them the request from my current school. Unfortunately, they told me that It was already given to my Senior High School. But my senior high school told me that they are are not the one. during my senior high school, I remember they requested for it from my jhs
