Dear OGCC I would like to ask the OGCC, as counsel and Corporate Secretary of Philippine National Construction Corp. (PNCC), when was the 50 years period of the corporate life of the PNCC ended and when was the amendment of PNCC Articles of Incorporation to extend the company’s corporate life by another 50 years by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)? I would like to know the exact date. As the counsel of PNCC, did you protect the rights of PNCC as franchise holder of the NLEX and SLEX when corporate life or charter of PNCC expired?

Dear OGCC I have sent you electronically all information you need as per your FOI agency manual requires under EO 2 via Freedom of Information (FOI) website, www.foi.gov.ph. At any rate I have sent my letter of inquire and my IDs thru LBC delivery and postal delivery, registered mail to your OGCC office. All I want to know is regarding PNCC’s corporate life or Charter of 50 years that has expired. As the statutory counsel of PNCC, did you advise the stockholders and the Board of such eventuality? Have you amended the articles of incorporation to extend the corporate life or charter of PNCC for another 50 years?
