Your Request You asked for what was the single biggest one time project in the philippine budget?. Response to Request Please be informed that the single biggest one time project funded from FYs 2010 - 2015 is the "Acquisition of rolling stocks for the MRT 3 Capacity Expansion Project" in the amount of P4.5 Billion funded in FY 2014 and implemented by the then Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) - now the Department of Transportation (DOTr). By "single biggest one time project", we took it to mean as project funded only on the year it appeared in the GAA - this case in FY 2014. Not as a project funded for more than one year or multi-year funding.
