Dear Office of the Solicitor General, As the Solicitor General, the lawyer of the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), kindly find out whether TRB as a regulatory body has protected the interest of PNCC a GOCC that owns the NLEX Franchise and the SLEX Franchise. Please be reminded that the corporate life of the Philippine National Construction Corp. (PNCC) expired and the PNCC board never had a meeting during the time when supervision of the PNCC was transferred from DTI to the Office of the Executive Secretary Paquito Jojo Ochoa Jr. in October 14,2013 through EO 141 signed by former Pres. Aquino.
