TOTAL Number of Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP), Abandoned, Neglected, Dependent, Surrendered, Orphans, and Foundlings in EVERY REGION IN THE PHILIPPINES from 2016-2022. 2. WHAT REGION IN THE PHILIPPINES HAS THE MOST NUMBER OF CASES OF Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP), Abandoned, Neglected, Dependent, Surrendered, Orphans, and Foundlings from 2016-2022?
