My FOI Requests #PNP-507883618710 #PNP-704633285346 were both denied with the FDM GIOVANNI CALIAO stating in public b. There are grounds to believe that this request is being made with plainly discernible improper motive (e.g. harassment) or other analogous circumstances. Q. What are the improper motives PCOL GIOVANNI CALIAO has accused me of, to deny me my Constitutional Right to Information, as there are grounds to believe that this imputation is being made with plainly discernible improper motive to conceal a crime, as my requested information was to identify a criminal
Could you kindly follow the law when dealing with my Request for FOI, as the law has not been followed in the past; Please ensure the Receiving Officer sends me a Stamped/Sealed Receipt confirming the Receipt of my Application, and puts their name on the Receipt, and informs me of who the responsible officer will be. This also applies to the Decision maker; Please ensure your name is included as required by law, not FDM or FOI Officer. If you are unaware of the Laws they can be found in RA11032 - Section 9
