December 13, 2016 Dear Roy, Please be advised that the DICT law was signed last May 23, 2016. So, we will not be able to provide records going back to 2001 as it belongs to the previous agencies that were abolished. We can however, point to you to visit the link http://data.philgeps.gov.ph/data.html where Philgeps provides access to government procurement information going as far back as year 2000. Thank you.
