Please be informed that your request on (1) influences of Pacific Decadal Oscillation, El Nino Southern Oscillation, and Quasi-Biennial Oscillation on tropical cyclone activity in the Western North Pacific and (2) Maps of the Philippines showing the flow of amihan and habagat are not available in our system. You may want to consider using the results/maps published in the scientific journals.
