You asked for information on the weekly averages of available weather data from January 2019 to May 2020. As per UP FOI Manual, this request requires you to provide a duly signed Form F which should be administered under oath. Your failure to submit the required document within the set deadline constrains us to DENY your request.

Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution, which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual, states:

“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to the documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as may be provided by law.”
