Hi. I am a PhD in Environmental Engineering candidate at the University of the Philippines Diliman and I am currently working on my dissertation, which aims to determine the optimum conjunctive use of groundwater and surface water in Pampanga River Basin for sustainable agriculture, among others. In this regard, I would like to request for the ff:
(1) Daily Weather Station Data in/near Pampanga River Basin (PRB)
- Rainfall, Temp, Rel Humidity, Wind Speed, Solar Rad (present - 40 yrs back)
(2) Daily Water Level at River Stations and Dams within PRB (present - 40 yrs back)
