Good day, PAGASA team!
I would like to request data on average weather (high and low T, precipitation, humidity, sunshine duration) and climate normals for Calamba, Laguna, and Quezon City, Metro Manila from January 2017 to January 2022.
I would be using this information for correlating environmental changes to the observed variations in metabolites of plants sampled from these areas.
The climate normals available for Science Garden, Diliman, were only until 2020.

I refer to my letter of Apr 28, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Weather and Climate Data for Calamba, Laguna and Diliman, Quezon City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jul 21, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
