May 15, 2019 Dear Darlene Carvajal, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 10, 2019 03:21:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Waterborne Transportation. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Per our Office of Undersecretary for Planning and Project Development, the DOTr does not have a proposed/existing project regarding the Laguna Lake Ferry Terminal. Currently, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission are in partnership in conducting a feasibility study of Pasig River Ferry System. You may contact these agencies for details. Also, the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) may also have the answers you need. You may contact the agency via its eFOI portal (https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=DENRLLDA), and its website (http://llda.gov.ph/). For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Respectfully, DOTR-DM DOTR FOI Officer
