I would like to request individual patient claims data from January 1, 2017 to August 31, 2023 with the following details:
1. Infections (ICD-10 A00–A09), Rotavirus (A080), Hepatitis (B15, B150, B159, B179), Diarrhea (K580, K591, P783, R197)
2. Age and sex
4. Patient’s residence (barangay level), type, income quantile
6. Dates of diagnosis, admission and release
8. Claims amount
9. Name and location of health facility (barangay level)
The data will be used for stories on health and the environment. I hope you can provide the data in Excel.
