Bureau of Fire Protection(BFP)

Good Morning, 

I would like to request some information regarding the following ;

1. I have FSEC for 50MLD,  do i need to provide FSEC for individual structure ?
2. Do i need to submit Bldg. & Structural Plans & Design with corresponding Bill of Materials ?
3. Do I need to submit Hazardous Materials Data Sheet ?
