Your right to request a review This pertains to the request of Vincent Salosagcol on FOI with tracking no. BJMP-582193529831 portal regarding the number of PWD and employee parking slots for a large jail facility. As a response, based on the Minimum Standard for the Design of BJMP Jails (see attached) in line with the provision on the National Building Code of the Philippines wherein jail facilities fall under institutional buildings, it is provided that there should be one parking slot for PWD and at least seven parking slots for the employees. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to FOI Officer. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
