The data you are asking have been published individually in newspapers of general circulation as the basis of its implementation. You may access the archives of newspapers if you want the data in its first publication form. You may also directly ask Manila Water Company, Inc. and Maynilad Water Services, Inc. for the same data as the basis of the published tariff rates are their applications. On the period, you are asking data for years before 1997, before the existence of the companies.

Hi. I'll change my request to just the water rates (including how much they cost) from 2010 to 2018.
May I ask where I can find the newspaper archives for 1997 data?
