Hi, I am an incoming grade 12 student from Laguna, and I have a research were we intend to turn Water hyacinth fibers into a textile material. I have read in that water hyacinth is a common problem in Laguna de Bay and we were considering it to make it as a source were we can potentially collect water hyacinth for our research. Therefore, I would like to ask the following questions: 1. Are there any Water hyacinth collectors/sellers near the Laguna de Bay area? Better if, the water hyacinth are in fiber form. 2. Any recommendations on the best method to collect water hyacinth? Thank you.
