Good day!

Following the April 2002 ruling of SC regarding the clarification on the ban of incineration (MMDA vs JANCOM), were there any waste-to-energy or incineration projects approved and operating in the country?

I would also like to request information on local and international EPC companies with ongoing and past projects related to incineration/waste-to-energy solutions.
