Purpose: clarification for government project warranty

Hi, I would like to request the clarification of the RA9184 section 62 regarding the warranty of government infrastructure projects for repairs, painting and plumbing works. because the LGU wanted the warranty to be 15 years or 5 years. citing section 62.2.2. but my project does not include structural works, only painting, renovation and plumbing works. pls help me cite the specific section. thanks
