Is the PNP able to see all outstanding warrants of arrest to make it efficient when investigating a suspect? When does the department release a warrant of arrest and when does the department say that it is under privacy? I see that some requests for warrants of arrest are given to the requester such as the case of "Warrant of arrest of Mr.Ricky Arches (Pasil MPS, Kalinga PPO))" ... https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEFBOUC01ODk4MDcwMTE1MzMM But other times you do not give them....
