paano kung ang isang kumpanya ay pag trabahuin ka ng walang binigay na dokumento na nagsasabi kung ano ang saklaw ng trabaho mo ? 1) regular ka na sa kumpanya; nakapasa ng board exam at may lisensiya ka na pero ang bayad sa iyo ay 75% ang baba ng sahod kumpara sa isang katulad mo na propesyonal ngunit bagong empleyado kakapasok lang sa kumpanya. 2) walang karampatang training ; ngunit pagdating ng evaluation ay bagsak ka dahil mali mali daw ang ginagawa mo at di ka raw pamilyar sa lahat ng policy - walang printed policy o sinabi kung saan makikita ang policies na pinagbasihan ng evaluation?

September 1, 2023 Dear SANTIAGO GIBSON, Thank you for your request dated Aug 30, 2023 06:00:57 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for walang linaw na sakop ng trabaho ngunit mabigat na parusa pag nagkamali. General rule is kinakailangang maging bahagi ng job induction, ang orientation para sa saklaw ng iyong trabaho. Sa bahagi naman ng iyong sahod na sa iyong salaysay ay 75% lamang ng nasa minimum wage, di mo nabanggit kung ang iyong engagement sa kumpanya ay bilang apprentice o learner. Kung hindi, ito ay isang malinaw na violation ng batas ukol sa minimum wage. Maaari ka ring magrequest ng procedures o mga polisiya na may kinalaman sa iyong job functions na syang basehan ng iyong evaluation. Para sa anumang reklamo o hinaing, maaari kang lumapit sa tanggapan ng DOLE na sumasaklaw sa address ng iyong kumpanya. Ngunit bago mo gawin ito, pinapayuhan ka naming resolbahin muna ang mga isyung ito sa grievance committee ng inyong kumpanya.
