Pandan, a 4th-year student working on our research study entitled "Business Performance of DTI assisted Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs): A Time Series Analysis. One of the sources I will be utilizing for our research is the MSME Wage Subsidy Program. November 18, 2022 Dear Ms. Pandan: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Wage Subsidy Program. Response to your request Please be informed, that the information cited in your request did not qualify in the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Chapter VII - Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests, Sections 21.2 and 21.3 (d), quoted as follows: Sec. 21.2 The purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as "for information", "for research", "for legal purpose", or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have meet the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the eFOI request. Sec. 21.3 (d) Failure to attach a written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor in the school they currently enrolled at.
