Hi! I would like to bring up the following concern: This is an observation. There is only 1 voting machine for 4 precincts. Because of this, long file of voters can be seen and waited many hours to be able to cast their votes. One high school classmate of mine started at 10 AM but she only able to cast her votes almost 5 PM. It's more than 6 hours of waiting for her. It's getting worst compared to the previous elections in terms of voting waiting time for the voters to cast their votes. It is hereby suggested that COMELEC shall set at least 1 voting machine for 2 precincts only. Thanks.
