Your Request You asked for Voluntary Deportation procedure. BI appreciates the information given. However, BI rules and regulations requires filing of a verified Complaint stating (i) the full names of the complainant and his postal address (ii) name of the Respondent foreigners, his known alias/es, if any, his given or last known address; (iii) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offense alleged to have been committed; (iv) submit a Certification of non- forum shopping required under SBM-2015-010 Part I, Rule 1, Sec 5; and (v) comply with Rule 19, Sec 1(a) requiring payment of fees amounting to Php5,000.00 for deportation complaint. Please note that Voluntary Deportation constitute admission of immigration laws, rules and regulations. example Overstaying.
