Good day! I would like to request the list of all changes to visa / restrictions imposed on foreign nationals visiting the Philippines that occurred between the years 2003-2018. This would encompass policy changes such as visa requirements/exemptions, visa waivers, and replacement visa rules for all countries. A full list of these changes, with a particular focus on non-immigrant visas, would be much-appreciated. This list would ideally include the date of approval of the policy change, the date of effectivity of the new rules, and whether this was part of reciprocity agreements Thank you.
