Good day! I would like to request the list of all changes to visa / restrictions imposed on foreign nationals visiting the Philippines that occurred between the years 2003-2018. This would encompass policy changes such as visa requirements/exemptions, visa waivers, and replacement visa rules for all countries. A full list of these changes, with a particular focus on non-immigrant visas, would be much-appreciated. This list would ideally include the date of approval and the date of effectivity of the change. Thank you.
