November 24, 2021 Dear Ms. Hezzel Tabugoc, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 22, 2021 11:27:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 12, 2021and your DOLE-AKAP financial benefit was released by OWWA-NCR on 03/12/2021. As of date there is NO INSTRUCTION from the National Government if there is an expansion or 2nd tranche release for DOLE-AKAP. Directly follow-up with DOLE-NCR for any concern about DOLE-AKAP. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
