My name is John Julius Baldia and I live at Block 4 Lot 12 Phase 2 Villa San Isidro, Brgy. San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal. I request to have copies of how the PRRC acquired the land where our subdivision is located because there is a group called Maharlikans claiming that our land is owned by a man named Acopiado. They claim that the land title used by the PRRC was fake. Using the documents I requested I may confirm if their claim is false or not. I am also coordinating with Marikina Registry of Deeds with regards to this matter. I am just doubtful of their claim and they are seem to be fast in land payment. Within 1 month we already have contract signing and people down an amount of 1000 some even paid cash.
