Hi! I would like to request action regarding having threats from hack and hacked accounts on FB and gmail account

please, i need help. asap, i'm only a senior high school. i just wanted to free from this hacker and teach him a lesson so he/she wont do this again, I'm PIlipino citizen, and when I tried to recover my acc lately, I found out that this hacker was from another country
