Dear DPWH, I am aware that the existing version of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096) is still the 1977 version, and the latest Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) is version 2005. I would like to verify if there is a new promulgated National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096) or the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). I have heard news from my professor that there is a newly released PD 1096, or its IRR, that was promulgated on October 27, 2020. Kindly verify my concern. Thank you very much.
