Hi, this is Engr. Jillian Lucinario, Materials Engineer of Way  Maker General Contractor. It has come to my notice that on record, 3 Contractors of DPWH Metro Manila 1st DEO are currently utilizing my Materials Engineer Licence - 7023, without my consent.
