Hi! I would like to request information about LTO's public api, such that: 1. It provides license plate number together with its associated vehicle type, past violations, plate numbers, owner names. could you provide at least a dataset of registered vehicles in Koronadal City containing the license plate number, owner names, past violations, as well as the type of vehicle. We need this data for our research/thesis as one of its goals is to identify the traffic violations violated just by scanning the license plate number of the driver then it will show the traffic violations.
