March 2, 2023 Dear Ronald Liwanag, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 26, 2023 06:05:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for VaxCert. Response to Request Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. The vaccination record may have been incorrectly encoded in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center. If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options. For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and [email protected]. You may also review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://foi.gov.ph/help. Thank you.
