Hello, I would like to follow up our request Vaccination Certificate. I e-mailed the e-mail address provided in the website '[email protected]' but there were no response, I even call the telephone number given but the line is busy. Also the BOQ! My quarantine certificate is not yet available in One health pass website which is unbelievable since I’m done with my quarantine last Dec 8 and the Covid test is negative ! My flight got cancel because the BOQ website is not updated. My email is [email protected]
