I have concern regarding the validity of DIP/TOR/Certificate is there a law that tells that if the said school documents was unclaimed within a certain time period it will be discarded or cancelled?

I attached a reminder from our school that unclaimed credentials within a period of time will be discarded or cancelled is this acceptable?
